AirgunStop ("we" and "us") is the operator of (https://airgunstop.com) ("Website"). By placing an order through this Website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement and set expectations of services.

You may return any item in new (unused) condition with its original packaging and all accessories for a full product refund within 30 days of purchase. Items not in the original packaging or otherwise not in new, salable condition are subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee.

Ammunition of any kind is not returnable and not refundable. All ammunition sales are final.

Shipping charges are not refundable unless the item received was defective or we made a fulfilment mistake by shipping incorrect item(s).

All warranty claims for products purchased through AirgunStop shall be addressed directly with the respective manufacturers. Most airgun manufacturers provide at least 1 year of warranty. Many optics products and airgun accessories carry lifetime warranties. Take advantage of these benefits. We try to publish 3rd party warranty durations to the best of our knowledge, however, please research and refer to the original equipment manufacturers for their warranty terms and conditions, which may be subject to change without notice.

We can assist you with reissuing invoice(s) as most airguns and optics are serialized and require proof of purchase for warranty service.
